Space Fit: The Astronaut Experience

 

  In this challenging environment, trainees actively experience situations and call upon the most important skills: purposeful leadership, crisis and change management and integrated planning. Activities include Space Academy, Aviation

Challenge and our Space Camp Challenge Course. 

  Participants are challenged in teamwork and leadership principles through engaging acritvites. These challenges are

highlighted by an extended-duration simulated space mission, Special Forces missions and

high- and low-ropes activities. 

  Trainees develop communication, teamwork, leadership and decision-making skills by experiencing flight simulations. The program takes a unique approach to presenting crucial collaboration and interaction skills in an unmatched scenario. Price includes lodging and meals. 

  All sessions include Pathfinder breakfast (day 1) and Shuttle

express breakfast (days 2 and 3). For lunch, groups choose three options from these

choices: sandwich buffet, Mercury cookout, Venus BBQ or Italian buffet. For dinner, groups

choose two options from the following choices: southwestern chicken, roast sirloin of beef,

prime rib, ribeye, chicken Florentine, Mexican buffet, and stuffed flounder. Subject to

availability, one of the two dinners will be held under the National Historic Landmark

Saturn V moon rocket in our Saturn V Hall.
